At Ceylon Brilliant, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return, refund, and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

  • Jewelry that has been customized or engraved is not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact us within 60 days of delivery at info@ceylonbrilliant.com with your order details and reason for return or exchange.

  2. We will provide a guide and instructions for returning or exchanging your item.

  3. Ship the item securely using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  4. For exchanges that are not due to a defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for items of equal value or as otherwise agreed.

  • Items for exchange must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges caused by the customer (not defective/damaged items) are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • We will provide instructions for a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
