At CeylonBrilliant, we provide fast and secure express worldwide shipping for every jewelry piece made to order. Each item is crafted with care and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. Here are the details of our shipping policies and terms:

1. Made to Order

Each jewelry piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked within 7–15 days before international dispatch. Once completed, your jewelry will be promptly shipped, ensuring timely delivery.

2. Free Express Worldwide Shipping

Free Worldwide Standard Shipping on All Orders Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on every purchase, with secure packaging and reliable tracking.

Free Express Shipping is available on premium and high-value orders (from $600+).

If your order is less than $600 but you still want to enjoy express shipping, you can select our express shipping service during checkout.  Only $35 additional shipping fee per order will be able to provide express shipping service.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Express Shipping:

United States & Canada: 3–5 business days

Europe & Australia: 3–7 business days

Other countries/regions: 3–8 business days

Standard Shipping:

United States & Canada: 4–8 business days

Europe & Australia: 4–10 business days

Other countries/regions: 4–10 business days

For all made-to-order pieces, delivery takes 8–18 business days, depending on your location.

If your order includes a pre-order item, delivery may take a bit longer. We only begin production after the pre-order promotion ends, this helps us create intentionally and reduce waste.

Please note that delivery times are estimates, and delays may occur due to customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen weather conditions.

4. Customs & Duties

The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties and taxes. CeylonBrilliant guarantees no additional charges upon delivery, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

5. U.S. Logistics Laws & Regulations

All products shipped to the United States must comply with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations. Shipments via FedEx, DHL, and UPS adhere to these laws, ensuring smooth customs clearance.

Import Taxes & Duties: Any applicable import taxes and duties are included in the price you pay. These fees are calculated based on the product category, value, and U.S. customs requirements. No additional charges will be required upon delivery.

Customs Inspection & Clearance: All shipments will undergo U.S. customs inspection, which may cause slight delays. We assist in ensuring smooth clearance and timely delivery.

Customs Regulations: U.S. law requires that all imported products comply with the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS), which governs product classification and declared value. All shipments from CeylonBrilliant to the U.S. are declared in compliance with these regulations.

6. FedEx/DHL/UPS Shipping Terms

FedEx: FedEx offers secure and reliable international shipping services, with full insurance coverage for every parcel. FedEx complies with all relevant international shipping regulations to ensure timely delivery.

DHL: DHL, a global leader in express shipping, guarantees fast and efficient cross-border delivery. All DHL parcels are fully insured and protected during transport.

UPS: UPS provides professional global shipping services, ensuring each parcel is delivered on time and in compliance with international laws. UPS shipments include real-time tracking, so you can monitor your order’s status.

7. Return & Refund Policy

If your package is damaged or lost during shipping, CeylonBrilliant will offer a full refund or replacement.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please note that returns must be in unused, undamaged condition.
