If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to request a return or exchange within 60 days from the date of purchase. We are committed to providing an excellent shopping experience and will handle your return appropriately.
Return Conditions
The product must be in new, unused, uninstalled, and undamaged original condition, including all original accessories, tags, packaging materials, and free gifts.
When requesting a return, please be sure to return the complimentary gift included with your order. Otherwise, we may be unable to process a full refund or may deduct corresponding charges.
After receiving the returned package, we will conduct a routine inspection to confirm that the item meets the above "original condition" requirement.
Once the returned item is verified to meet the return conditions, we will initiate the refund within 8 to 12 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the order. The actual posting time may vary depending on the processing period of different payment institutions.

We do not accept jewelry that has been mishandled, modified or worn, including items that have been repaired, re-sized or engraved by another jeweler. In other words, you want to make sure that you return the jewelry in the same way you received it. Also, if yours was a special order or we crafted a piece specifically for you that's not listed on our website, you won't be able to return it.
As soon as we receive your return, we waste no time in initiating the exchange. From then it takes between 7 to 10 business days tops for the replacement to reach you.

After we receive the returned item along with the free gift, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the pieces. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours and you can expect the amount to be credited to your original payment method within 8 to 12 business days.

We manufacture our jewelry in the U.S. and Sri Lanka. Our master jewelers/setters in each geography have different areas of expertise. When you place an order with us, we choose the manufacturing location for your piece based on where we think it’ll be crafted best.
For the most part, we use UPS, FedEx and DHL for all orders. In rare cases, we use USPS for US orders.
Every piece of jewelry is fully insured and all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only.
For added security, an adult signature is required for all CeylonBrilliant items/orders.

We'll ship your order in unmarked packaging so no one will know what's inside. We can also ship it to your office address, a specific FedEx location to be held for pick up or wherever else you'd like.
